  3. Ya listos los chiles poner en el vaso de la licuadora (Los chiles, Cebolla, Pimienta, Clavo, Orégano, Sal, Ajo, Consomé de Pollo) Añadir al gusto la salsa inglesa y Maggi. También un chorro de vinagre. Y colocar un poco de agua para que se pueda licuar muy bien.
  4. La mezcla debe de quedar algo espesa. En un contenedor colocar las alitas y poner el guiso. (Dejarlas marinar si es posible un día antes si no 30 min mínimo entre más tiempo dejes el marinaje mejor).
  5. Una vez pasado el tiempo colocar en un sartén un chorro pequeño de aceite y colocar las alitas y taparlo. Dejarlas que se guisen bien.
